Mohd Azinuddin Bin Dato’ Hj. Abd Karim is a highly qualified advocate and solicitor with an extensive legal background. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2010 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2011. He further pursued his academic career and obtained a Master of Laws in Banking Law & Financial Regulation from the prestigious London School of Economics & Political Science in 2014. Mohd Azinuddin joined Messrs J Nee in 2017 as a partner.

Throughout his career, Mohd Azinuddin has demonstrated his expertise in various areas of law such as negligence, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, constitutional reference cases, and civil fraud. He has successfully assisted senior counsel in several cases, and has conducted trials and appeals at all levels of the Malaysian courts, with several cases reported in law journals.

He has also worked with both local and international clients and has obtained a Norwich Pharmacal disclosure order against a regional bank as part of a cross-border claim to recover monies in relation to a global fraudulent investment scheme. He has also managed to negotiate compensation for a British national in a negligence case against a local company prior to trial. Recently, he was appointed to represent a local highway authority in a negligence claim and was successful in defending the same.

Aside from his legal practice, Mohd Azinuddin is also active in legal education. He has conducted courses for Malaysia Airport Berhad officers on liabilities of carriers, and has taught opinion writing classes at a local public university. Mohd Azinuddin is also active in advocacy training through workshops on advocacy and mooting, and was a Memorial Judge for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (International Rounds) in 2014.

Jany Fong Chui Nee holds a degree in Law from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2015.
